Surf Air is sell-by-seat with a membership wrapper. The aircraft are single-engine turboprops, not light jets. That is cheaper to operate and slower than JSX’s Embraers. All-you-can-fly plans only work if the schedule and cancellation policy match how you actually travel. Score stays conditional because the product mixes scheduled seats, membership economics, and on-demand charter.
