Verdict
Wheels Up is not a pure sell-by-seat airline. Shared seats and Connect exist to fill cabins and lower the entry price. Inventory is membership-gated and availability-dependent. The company also sells whole-aircraft products. Score is conditional because the seat product is real but secondary to the membership and charter stack, and because corporate structure has been noisy for several years.
